◆ Junior high school class (U15 category, 12 players)
Our goal is to deepen the fundamentals of rugby and develop practical skills for matches. We hone basic skills such as tackling, passing, and kicking, and incorporate physical training appropriate for the growth period to strengthen the body safely and effectively. We also learn tactics for team cooperation and develop tactical eye through match-style practice.
◆High school student class (U18 category, 15 players)
The aim is to acquire the necessary advanced techniques and physical strength. We will further develop the fundamentals learned in the junior high school class, acquire specialized skills for each position, and strengthen decision-making and team play in matches. Through strength training and agility improvement training, we will develop the physical strength required for adult rugby.
For both junior and senior high school students, this is an important step for them to enjoy the fun of rugby while preparing to move on to the next stage.

Introduction of activities
Through joint practice sessions and practice matches with other teams, the students hone their practical skills and learn the importance of teamwork.
We regularly hold joint practice sessions and practice matches with junior high school teams such as Kasugaoka Red Sparrows and Gifu Rugby Academy, providing opportunities to experience different styles of rugby.
They also hold joint practice sessions with the Kani Technical High School rugby team, allowing them to experience watching the high school students play up close, nurturing their desire to improve even further.
Through these activities, the players grow and hone not only their skills and physical strength, but also their competitive spirit and teamwork.
